TENCon has long been ASCnet's signature conference. For the second year in a row, ASCnet and Applied Systems are co-hosting the event.
How is the conference program affected by Applied Systems becoming a TENCon co-host?
Working together, ASCnet and Applied Systems have developed new education sessions, expanded the exhibit area to include more partners and exhibitors than ever before, and scheduled new networking events. The collective goal is to provide the best-ever TENCon experience and encourage Applied Systems users to get the greatest utilization of Applied Systems software.
Why did TENCon event dates change from August?
Based on the success of TENCon 2012, ASCnet and principal partner Applied Systems determined that changes were needed to provide adequate meeting space and logistics to meet the growing requirements of the conference. With TENCon 2012 year-over-year attendance increasing more than 60%, the facility originally contracted for the 2013 program simply didn’t have enough space to accommodate the conference. For 2013, we worked with the Aria Resort to secure an appropriate venue with additional space and larger rooms to improve the overall experience for conference attendees. While we realize the conference dates coincide with month and quarter-end closing, we had to adjust the TENCon dates to match the availability of the conference facilities required. Both ASCnet and Applied Systems are offering webinars leading up to the event as well as on-site assistance with your monthly close.
What are the dates for TENCon 2013?
Monday, September 30 – Thursday, October 3.
Are there any activities outside of the conference hotel? If so, is transportation provided?
While entertainment activities for TENCon 2013 are still being finalized, you can rest assured that for any scheduled conference activities away from the Aria Resort, transportation will be provided.
